Ingredients:
1 medium size boiled Potato
1/2 cup boiled Peas
1cup Spianch boiled and blanched
1 Capsicum
1 inch chopped ginger
3-4 green chillies finely chopped
2 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
8-10 leaves Mint leaves
3/4 cups Bread crumbs
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chat Masala
2 tsp cornstarch
Salt to taste
Oil to Fry
Preparation:

Preparation:
1. Boil the spinach for 5 min; drain squeeze and finely chop.
2. Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds. When it starts cracking add ginger and green chiles and saute for 2 min.
3. Add capsicum and saute for 2-3 min, when it gets soften add spinach, peas, coriander leaves and mint. Saute till very less moisture left. Add salt, black pepper and Garam masala.
4. Coarsely grind the mixture. Add breadcrumps, mashed potatoes and cornflour.
5.Divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and then press it between your palms to give it a flat tikki shape.
6. Heat oil in the pan. Shallow fry the tikki from both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle chat masala over the tikki.
7. Serve hot with green chutney.
