Ingredients :-
Hung curd - 500 gm
Sugar - 500 gm
Sliced almonds and pistachios
Saffron color - few drops
Cardamon powder -1/2 tsp
Directions to Prepare :-
1. Take a muslin cloth and pour the yoghurt in and hang the yoghurt for 2-3 hrs to completely drain all the water from it.
2. Now take the thick yoghurt in a bowl and add sugar and mix well.Let this sit in refrigerator for 2-3 hours .
3. Add some saffron color and cardamom powder and mix well.
4. Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.
