Thought of the Day :- Don't despair the food you can't have, remind yourself
of all the good food you can have.
Ingredients:-
Boneless Chicken Small Pieces - 250 gm
Oil for Frying
For 1st Marination
Cold Water - 1/2 cup
White Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
For 2nd Marination
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Corn Starch - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil -1 Tsp
For Gravy
Soya Sauce - 3-4 tsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce - 2-3 tsp (As per your taste)
Corn Starch -1 Tsp
Sliced Onion -1 medium size
Capsicum Sliced - 1 medium size
Spring Onion Chopped - 3-4
Green Chillies - 3-4
Chopped Garlic - 1Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup (As per your thickness of Sauce)
Salt to taste
Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl , put chicken pieces in a bowl add Cold water, salt,sugar,vinegar and ginger garlic paste mix well and put this in refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Marinate Chicken with flour, Corn starch, Backing Powder and oil. Put this marinate for about 15-20 minutes. Fry the chicken and rest for 15 minutes.Fry twice for Crunchy.
3. Heat oil in a Pan .Add Ginger,Garlic,Sliced Onions,Capsicum, Sliced Green Chillies. Saute for few minutes till slightly tender.Add water mix with Cornstarch .Then add Soya sauce, Chilli Garlic Sauce, Black Pepper, Salt to taste and cook for some time; wait till sauce gets thicken. Now add fry Chicken.
4.Garnish with Spring Onion and Serve Hot.
Note:- I Like my Chilli Chicken with some gravy i.e added more water.
