- Add boil potato to the gravy or dal. Let it remain in the dish for 10 minutes & then take out or enjoy your dish with the potato.
- Adding 2-3 tbsp of yogurt or fresh cream also helps to balance the excess salt.
- Add a few small balls of chapati dough (kneaded)and boil the gravy or dal with it for 10-15 minutes & then take it out. This helps to soak up the excess salt in soups and dal.
