1 tsp Gelatin
2 tsp Hot Water
2 cups Mango Puree
2 tsp Hot Water
2 cups Mango Puree
Preparations :-
- In a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp of gelatin and add 2 tbsp hot water. Mix well and dissolve gelatin completely.
- Add 2 cups of Mango Puree, mix well making sure pulp mix uniformly with gelatin.
- Place the serving glass in a bowl so that its gets tilted slightly.Pour the Mango mixture till it reaches the rim.
- Now refrigerate it for 2 hours or till it sets completely. After 2 hours make sure the mixture sets completely.
- For cream layer heat the milk and add gelatin and mix well. Cook the milk on medium heat. Do not boil.Now add 1 cup Cream and mix well.
- Add powder sugar, Vanilla essence mix well . Let the milk gets cool.
- Pour the milk into the glass and refrigerate for another 2 hours or till it sets completely.
- Garnish with Almonds and Pistachio and serve Chill.
