Mango Panaccota

Ingredients :-

For Mango layer
   1 tsp Gelatin
   2 tsp Hot Water
   2 cups Mango Puree
 For Cream layer
  1 Cup Full cream milk
  1 tsp Gelatin
  1 cup cream
  1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  Pinch of salt

For Garnishing:-
Chopped Almonds & Pistachio

Preparations :-
  1. In a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp of gelatin and add 2 tbsp hot water. Mix well and dissolve gelatin completely.
  2. Add 2 cups of Mango Puree, mix well making sure pulp mix uniformly with gelatin.
  3. Place the serving glass in a bowl so that its gets  tilted slightly.Pour the Mango mixture till it reaches the rim.
  4. Now refrigerate it for 2 hours or till it sets completely. After 2 hours make sure the mixture sets completely.
  5. For cream layer heat the milk and add gelatin and mix well. Cook the milk on medium heat. Do not boil.Now add 1 cup Cream and mix well.
  6. Add powder sugar, Vanilla essence mix well . Let the milk gets cool.
  7. Pour the milk into the glass and refrigerate for another 2 hours or till it sets completely.
  8. Garnish with Almonds and Pistachio and serve Chill.
