Lets see how to prepare wonderful Pasta with Pesto sauce.
- Ingredients:-
- Walnuts - 30 gm
- Pine nuts - 40 gm
- Garlic - 5 cloves (Chopped)
- Fresh Basil leaves - 120 gm
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp (crushed)
- Olive oil - 350 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 90 gm
- Spaghetti Pasta - 375 gm
Preparations:-
- Grind walnuts, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor for 30 seconds.
- Add basil leaves, salt & pepper. Then add olive oil. Grind until pesto is finely pureed.
- Add Parmesan cheese & puree for a minute.
- To store pesto sauce. Cover sauce with a thin film of olive oil on top and keep it refrigerated.
- Boil Spaghetti in the boiling water. Drain water & transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the pesto sauce & toss. Serve Hot.
